Special Needs Estate Planning
One of the most challenging issues facing parents who have children with special needs is planning for their child’s future without them. How will the child live when the parents die? Who will take care of the child? How will the child secure a lifetime of quality care? Where will the money come from?

Beyond all these questions, parents must find the experts to assist with financial planning as well as preparing properly structured wills and trusts related to families who have children with special needs. Parents want these professionals to possess the knowledge, experience, and sensitivity necessary to be an effective guide through out a complicated process.

SNAP is here to help as well. We can refer parents to our network of highly trained special needs planning experts. In addition, we offer informative materials and workshops, nationally, regionally, and locally, on special needs financial planning topics. To request additional information about special needs estate planning referrals and education, please use this online form, check out our calendar of Upcoming Workshops, or call us toll-free at 888-310-9889.
